Welcome to the
Privateer Pantry!

We love food, we love talking and we love talking about food! Since 2017, the Privateer Pantry has provided supplemental food support to all currently enrolled �� students. We offer a selection of shelf-stable food and personal care items as well as recipes.

We are located in the Office of Student Affairs, University Center Room 248.

How to Place an Order

During the Fall 2025 semester, enrolled �� students can submit the order form above Monday - Friday (form closes Friday at Noon). We will pack 10-12 items and contact you by �� email for pickup. Please submit your request at least one to two business days prior to needing your items, and please note that Friday orders may mean Monday pickups.

Note: The last day to place an order for the Fall semester is December 11 at 4PM. The form will reopen on January 12 for the Spring semester.

How to Donate

Crawfish Trays! Our fundraiser to keep our shelves stocked is happening right now- click to donate $30 and get your very own ��crawfish tray! These will be available for pick-up in UC 248.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I eligible to use the Privateer Pantry?

If you are a currently enrolled �� student, you are eligible to use the pantry. Simply bring your Privateer ID along with you when picking up your groceries.
I've placed my pantry grocery order, now what?

Presently, the Privateer Pantry staff packs the items you've selected on your grocery order form. Check your �� email for a notification from us. It will have all the details about how to pick up your order.
How often can I place an order?

Students may place an order once a week from the time they picked up their last order. For example, if a student picks up an order on Thursday, they will be able to place a new order the following Thursday.
What types of items are available in the Privateer Pantry and how many items can I request?

The Privateer Pantry offers, free of charge, non-perishable food items and personal care items. Expect to receive 10-12 items in your grocery order. Remember, you can access the pantry weekly!
Is my use of the pantry confidential?

Yes, all professional staff members and student workers receive training in confidentiality.
